Don’t worry about needing sweet chocolate for Easter, for nothing could be sweeter then this little girl.

This is the 4th time I have photographed the stunning Nikki and Maui. First time it was “before and after’s” of their way too cute little boy, and now they have a beyond precious little girl to celebrate. D came into the studio on Saturday morning and seemed to feel very much at peace. She had a wee on me and that was it, literally she did nothing but snooze the rest of her session. She is adored and it was so wonderful to celebrate and photograph that.

Nikki and Maui are great subjects and so easy to photograph, they also were very trusting and happy for me to try some new things on their little doll. Thank you guys, for your patience and your on going support. I literally can’t wait to see both M and D grow up and be more and more beautiful like you both.

Last weekend I finally got to meet this great group of people. We had to put off the session a few weeks before as we planned on going to this wonderful location which holds water in the muddy ground at times. Well, Sunday was a glorious day, and it was perfect for all of these guys to get to this location.
Little boys who were cheeky looking, but kind spirited. Stunning girls who were so sweet. Kind, adoring parents – and a loving Grandmother. It was gorgeous to meet them.
The hat you can see in some of the images belonged to Grandfather, who in his own way watched the session and his representation was this fantastic old hat. You have to admit it suited the setting and the subjects very well.
Guys, I will say once again how great you were to photograph and how the kids were so well behaved and enthusiastic. Thank you!

Megan and Scott, the couple that I will always remember as the ones that love life and laugh the whole way through. Their wedding day on Saturday was just perfect. Perfect weather (Megan you have to admit the cloud cover was awesome), perfect friends, perfect locations and perfect love.

The entire bridal party was great fun and made the whole experience fun and wonderful. In fact their entire crowd were great fun, and made me laugh so much. It seriously felt like I had known so many of these guys for some time.

As you can see from the images together Scott and Megan have the most adorable little girl, who really had no idea just why her and her Mummy were princesses for the day. She almost stole the show during the ceremony. Although sadly these guys now live in another state I sincerely hope to photograph them together again one day. It would be another honour.

There is nothing like meeting a client before they have their first baby, and knowing them as a loving couple. Then you wait with such anticipation for that call “we have had the baby, a little girl and we love her so much”.
I opened the studio door on Sunday bursting to meet this little girl, as I knew her parents were going to be bursting to show her to me too. She was like a doll, absolutely precious and beyond pretty. She has hair that allows a tiny little bow to be gently placed in it, she has chubby cheeks that make you rub your hands together with excitement. She is perfect.
Ben and Tennille shared their wonderful wedding day recently with me, and to now share their new baby too – I was once again honoured!
As a beautiful gift they also invited Tennille’s stunning Mother into the shoot, and I couldn’t wait to take those images. Such a loving family – all of them. We heard stories of how when Tennille was a baby she was called Missy Moo, and now she is calling baby A Missy Moo too…..perfect!
Ben and Tennille – you guys know I adore you and now we can add baby A to that list. Thank you, thank you so much for the honour and moments together.

The lovely Carissa came to the studio on Friday for some beautiful maternity photographs. When I met Carissa for the first time I adored her lovely curly hair, and did again on Friday. It really worked so well again the black background, especially with that stunning bump of hers.

Carissa and I shared our guesses on the sex of her baby and I can’t wait to see if we were right – or wrong! Either way this is going to be one very cherished and loved baby that’s for sure!

Carissa owns the Bundaberg Photo Booth Hire Company. This is such a wonderful idea for events – weddings, parties and the like. I am having it at my upcoming studio party and I know it will be a total hit! There is nothing quite like closing the curtain and going crazy in the booth
