Precious bump

Wow! What a beautiful bump, what a beautiful bump and what a beautiful afternoon!

Today was N and C’s maternity session, the afternoon was glorious and the time at the beach was fantastic! I am sure you will see from these images that little baby R is bound to be a cutie who happily snuggles up to Mummy and Daddy!

I can’t wait to hear the arrival news from you guys soon! Enjoy the last few weeks of your pregnancy, and see the 3 of you again soon x

{in}spired, {in}love!!

Yesterday was such an amazing experience, when C rang me to let me know that her and M were celebrating a special wedding anniversary I didn’t realise how amazing their story was going to be!

Married at only 15 and 17 – here they are celebrating (in a very romantic way) their 50th wedding anniversary. They were like 2 love birds, holding hands, snuggled up and letting me photograph their still very evident love for one another. Awesome!!

When the time comes for myself to be in this situation I hope I take a moment to remember C and M and aim for the love that is obvious in their marriage. What a gift!

Rob Heyman {Triple Master Photographer} and Susan Wall 4 days only

Every artist has an artist that they admire, get inspired by and maybe even stalk (sorry Rob!). For me one of those artists is Rob Heyman! And like a total dream come true Rob  has agreed to treat the families of Bundaberg to an opportunity not to be missed!

4th – 8th August 2009 Rob and I are going to be giving a limited number of families portrait sittings, as Rob shall only be here for these dates. You will have the opportunity to meet and be photographed by this amazing triple master photographer himself (oh I will be there too!!).

Here is a little something about Rob:

DARE TO BE DIFFERENT…….Rob Heyman of Brisbane,  a Triple Master of Photography with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, is renowned for his commitment to originality and his innovative ideas.  Rob’s photography is not for the faint hearted.  Rob draws from his clients’ own wishes and creative ideas and blends them with his own artistry to create images far beyond the family’s own expectations.  Rob’s ability to turn all obstacles (such as wet weather – Rob loves wet days) into advantages, is a tribute to his imagination and his desire to exceed his clients’ wishes.  So, for a photographer with versatility and an abundance of new ideas, phone Rob,…….but only if you dare to be different!

As sessions are limited please ensure you call either Rob or myself as soon as possible to secure your session.

3 beautiful, beautiful girls!!

Being a teenager (or pre-teen) remember that feeling? I remember feeling odd, awkward and shy…..but these lovely girls are what I hope my girls are like at their ages. They are happy, confident (though still a bit shy in a sweet way), loving, fun and STUNNING!!!! Over the weekend I had the opportunity to have some fun with E, A and B. I have photographed them as part of their family but I really have been bursting to have some fun with the 3 of them, knowing how amazing and lovely they are!!

Here you are girls, I do hope soon that we can do this again and have more and more fun! I so appreciate your time and effort over the weekend, it was very much a pleasure. Chat to you soon x

Pulling faces and having fun!!

Saturday, it was such a beautiful winter’s day. And to top it off I got to spend some time with the fun family here. The little ones were masters at pulling faces (naughty Susan suggesting it in the first place!!). But they were also so willing to play along and happily got their photograph taken while patiently wondering where the horses from the stables were hiding!!

S and P, thank you again for a great time, and for being such a connected and loving family. Looking forward to seeing you guys soon!
